A Management Company member operates and manages rental housing communities on behalf of the owner or investors.
An Owner member is an individual who manages and operates their own rental property(s). An Investor member is an individual interested in acquiring rental property or currently has vested interests within the rental housing industry.
A Supplier member is a vendor company who provides a product or service to the rental housing industry.
Membership is by company. Any employee of the member company can participate and receive information about the association. Please provide additional employees interested in receiving communications and/or participating in AAA.
Instructions: Enter properties with 5 or more units at one address. If you have residential, condos or townhome rental units, no individual addresses are needed. Go to step 5 to enter in the total number of rentable units.
As a supplier member of the association, your company is listed under 2 categories within our printed and online AAA Supplier Directory. The company may select an unlimited amount at an additional cost of $25 per additional category.
Members are able to opt-out at any time by contacting the Austin Apartment Association directly with written notice.
Upon receipt of this application for membership, your administrative fee, dues, and this signed form, you will be granted a Provisional Membership. The Provisional Member shall be a member for the purposes of purchasing forms and services on a cash basis until: a) Membership application is accepted by the Board of Directors; b) A grievance against the Provisional member has been received by the Board of Directors; or c) Membership application is denied by the Board of Directors. In the event a grievance is filed during the provisional period or membership application is denied, any rights of Provisional membership shall cease as of the date of receipt of notice. Should the Provisional member so choose, all unused forms that were purchased may be returned for repurchase by the Austin Apartment Association. Any subsequent use of the TAA forms is a copyright violation which is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.
In making this application, I/we agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and Bylaws (and all amendments thereof) of the Austin Apartment Association. In the event of membership application expulsion, I/we agree to discontinue, immediately, the use of its logo, forms, and service. In addition, I/we agree that in the event of voluntary or mandatory membership termination, AAA has no obligation to refund any proration of annual dues.
